  1. Returns We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at marketing@grandemode.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition and issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Please note that some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked on our website and cannot be returned or exchanged.
